MD6 Congressional Candidates Square off in Dem Forum May 3
The candidates vying for your vote to be the Democratic nominee for Congress in Maryland’s 6th Congressional District will share the stage on Thursday, May 3 in Gaithersburg. The primary election where our nominee will be decided is on June 26, 2018. The election to keep the seat in Democratic hands is November 8. Currently, the 6th Congressional District is represented by Representative John Delaney (D), who won in 2016 with 56 percent of the vote, but is not seeking re-election since deciding to run for President in 2020. It’s an open field for Democrats. As of now, many Democratic voters remain undecided who will make the best candidate and best represent their views and values.
